Dr. Freeman is the ABSOLUTE BESTTTTTT DR EVER!!! I have been going to her for over 20 years! I was a teenage mother and she never made me feel like I was less than everyone else. She has been an amazing provider ever since. She is very personable, caring, professional and down to earth. I will never go to anyone else!! She’s the BEST!!!

Dr. Freeman is a nice enough woman- friendly but I wouldn't return to her nor recommend her for treatment solution for fibroids unless you're bleeding to death and your fibroids are at least 3 pounds or larger. Visited her today to discuss the Sonata treatment for fibroids. I'm a 40 year young black woman with no kids and wanting to conceive. But I have 5 fibroids that I want removed; the largest of which is outside of my uterus and around the size of a tangerine. Dr. Freeman, although nice, was adamant that I wasn't a candidate. And essentially stated that since my fibroid symptoms weren't BAD that I should just leave them. I explained to her that they were growing and my symptoms were intensifying including the most recent one that just started which is cramps and for the last 2 years I've been dealing with awful fatigue. I pop iron pills like skittles now. I also stated that I'd rather be proactive versus reactive with removal of these tumors. I chose the Sonata treatment because it's significantly less invasive than a myomectomy and it doesn't really effect my chances of conception. She kept making my age, my lack of having heavy periods, and my lack of ever having conceived a focal point for not approving the procedure. She even did a pelvic exam where she felt and pressed into the largest fibroid, causing me to wince and had the nerve to say "They're not that bad. I would just leave them." Not that bad? I have a tangerine sitting on top of my uterus. In all honesty, her medical opinion was asinine. I'm healthier than most 30 year olds, these fibroids are essentially parasitic tumors that are growing inside of me and taking away from my health (in 8 months they grew 3 cm) and will continue to grow so why not remove them now when symptoms are less severe versus later when symptoms are more severe and my quality of life has declined? I told her I was going to get a second opinion. She recommended a fertility specialist but I will find someone not associated with her office. Once again, nice enough woman, but- no.

Dr. Freeman is one of the BEST gynecologists in the Charlotte area. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!! She is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to providing excellent healthcare to all women. I feel confident my voice is being heard, and my concerns are properly being addressed. She has been my gynecologist for over 19 years and has delivered both my sons. Each office visit is like catching up with my best girlfriend vs. undergoing my annual pap smear. I appreciate the way she always makes me feel comfortable. She makes me feel my health and well-being are her top-priority by the individual I receive during each visit. She is the one person who can make having a Pap smear and enjoyable experience!! 😂 😂 Thanks Dr. Freeman for all you do! I'm so honored to have you as my healthcare physician. You're the absolute BEST!!

I absolutely love Dr. Freeman. She has been a champion in my reproductive corner for over a decade. I fly in to see her because I know for sure she is going to provide the best for me. She listens and gives me the full picture of what I need for my overall health. The office is inviting and the staff is very friendly! I highly recommend this office.
